Overreaction Theatre: Have Manchester United found their new star?

Manchester United were trailing Chelsea to a Didier Drogba goal when, in the dying seconds of injury time, referee Phil Dowd showed Branislav Ivanovic a second yellow card, with the hosts scoring from the resulting free-kick.

It was a soft free-kick, and probably not a booking even if there was contact, although we're not really sure why Ivan was charging in on Di Maria by the corner flag at that stage.

Cue social media madness, as the return of 'Fergie time' was hailed or attacked depending on who you hate the most, while Chelsea fans joined forces with the 'Anyone But United' brigade to slate Dowd.
